Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (T&C) govern the border-relay, cross-dock and delivery services provided by Easy2go. They are a starting template to be adapted and legally validated before any commercial use.

1. Purpose

Easy2go, as a freight forwarder, organises on the client's behalf the handover of goods at the French border (cross-dock) and then the last-mile delivery in France, or the reverse on export.

2. Order and booking

The service is subject to a handover-slot booking, online or via a sales representative. The order is firm upon receipt of the price and slot confirmation by Easy2go.

3. Pricing and invoicing

Prices are provided case by case based on corridor, volume, weight and lead times. They are stated excluding tax. Invoicing follows the terms agreed at order.

4. Client obligations

• Provide accurate information about the goods (nature, weight, dimensions, any hazard).
• Present the goods packaged and labelled in accordance with regulations.
• Respect the booked handover slot.

5. Liability

Easy2go's liability as a freight forwarder is governed by applicable legal provisions and the general conditions applicable to transport (in particular standard contracts and compensation limits in force). Easy2go is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or by incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Governing law and disputes

These T&C are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will fall under the competent courts.
